About interdental brushes:

Interdental brushes have small bristled heads specially designed to clean between your teeth where a normal toothbrush doesn?t reach. You may need to use more than one size of brush. Interdental brushes help to prevent gum disease by getting rid of pieces of food and plaque from between your teeth. Plaque is a sticky substance made of bacteria. If it builds up, the bacteria can irritate the gums and cause inflammation (swelling), cavities and bad breath.

For Healthier Teeth & Gums Choose brush size appropriate to interdental space. Follow your dentist?s advice. Insert the brush between the teeth and gently move back and forth until the plaque is removed, never force the brush. After use wash the brush with water and protect with the antibacterial cap. Do not bend repeatedly or beyond a 45 degree angle.
